Image
ReaperCon is making its annual return this Labor Day weekend, from August 27 through August 31 in the Denton Convention Center . The convention offers painting classes, contests, tabletop games, and opportunities to meet fellow hobbyists and artists. Since 2018 the convention has been held at the Denton convention center, except for 2020 when the physical convention was canceled and held virtually. The event is hosted by Reaper Miniatures, a Denton based miniature figurines company. According to a social media post marking the store’s 33rd anniversary, Reaper Miniatures first opened its doors on July 4 1992.  According to the official ReaperCon website, the convention “brings in some of the best talent in the miniatures and gaming industry - world-class sculptors, painters, and illustrators - and invites you to join us for four days of classes, seminars, games, and fun!”  For tickets, schedules and more details, visit reapercon.com .
